Our Agents
Dick, a local boy from Pasco, graduated from Pasco High school in 1964. He went on to play football at Columbia Basin College, Idaho State University and Whitworth College. Dick graduated from Whitworth with a master’s degree in education.
Dick taught school and coached wrestling and football in the Tri-Cities area from 1969 to 1979 at Stevens Junior High and at Riverview High School. Dick married his high school sweetheart Vicki in 1966. Dick and Vicki are parents of 4 children and grandparents of 11.
Dick Brown

Tracy (Brown) DeCoursey

Tracy has worked for her father on and off since graduating from Kennewick High School. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Rick’s College in 1990. She came into the family business fulltime as a licensed agent in 2004. At that time, Tracy took over managing the Property and Casualty side of Dick Brown and Associates for her Dad and together they run a successful and growing business.
Tracy is licensed for all lines of insurance including Life, Health and Disability.
Tracy and her husband have four adult children who are her favorite people. She works hard at taking care of her family and she will work just as hard at taking care of the insurance needs of her clients. She will work hard for you too.

Chelsie (Brown) Bishop

Chelsie started off as Dick’s full-time assistant in 2005, in 2009 she became a licensed Life & Health Agent. In 2014, Chelsie became a Co-Owner of the family business. She continues to assist Dick and his clients. She handles all Medical Insurance; Individual
& Family Health Plans, Employer Benefits & Medicare plans.
She also works with Life Insurance and Retirement Options. Chelsie is a mother of 3 amazing children and is married to her high school sweetheart Brent. In her personal time, she enjoys sporting events, reading a good book and family vacations.

Amicherie (DeCoursey) Rodgers

Amicherie has been working at the family business off and on since graduating high school at Southridge High in 2010. She received her license in Property and Casualty Insurance in 2011. Amicherie graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2016 with a Bachelor Degree in Health Care Administration.
She became part of the team full time in January 2017 and received her license in Life, Health and Disability Insurance. Amicherie and her husband welcomed the first addition to their family with a baby boy born on Halloween morning 2018. She is working a modified schedule to accommodate being a mom and an agent.

Melissa Baker

Melissa Baker has been working in the Insurance Industry since 2009. She graduated from Kiona-Benton City in 2003 and began school at Columbia Basin College. After landing her first insurance job in the Claims department she was hooked on helping people protect their families. She is currently licensed in all lines of insurance including Auto, Home, Life, Health & Financials.
Melissa and her husband have five children ranging in ages from High School to toddler. In her personal time both her and her husband volunteer in sports and other youth organizations. They like to travel with their children’s various sports and activities. She always looks forward to their family vacations.
